Bikes To You RAGBRAI Charter- Come Join US!

Dear RAGBRAI Rider:
RAGBRAI is quickly approaching and BIKES TO YOU will again be offering a RAGBRAI charter. This is our 18th year of providing transportation and baggage service. It is something we really enjoy doing. Seeing many of you back each year is exciting. The charter service provides a bus ride to the start town and from the end town back to Grinnell. It includes baggage service for the entire week of RAGBRAI. . The charge for the charter will be $260.00
We provide a daily sports drink, bottled water, or soft drink. We ice the coolers each day so that the drinks are cold upon your arrival to each overnight. We also provide water to fill your water bottles each morning and when you arrive in the afternoon/evening. If you recall how hot it has been, this is a great service. There will be coolers for your use should you choose to buy adult beverages. Please help be responsible.
We are offering tent service for those who want a tent set up when they get into the campground. This will include a tent, mattress pad and a folding chair. You will still pick up your luggage. Our Tent Service will be $400 in addition to the charter charge. We have 2 and 4 person tents. You may split the tent fee between 2 individuals or a family. We do not find tent mates and space is limited.
You're invited ship your bicycle to us and we will assemble the bicycle for free for those participating in our charter. If you are traveling from out of state we encourage you to consider using the RAGBRAI shipping service, which will also ship your bike home at the end of the week.
We offer airport service to and from the Des Moines airport for those riders flying in on Friday and leaving the following Sunday. The fee for this is $50.00 round trip. Additionally, this year we will do a Des Moines pick up and drop off at a site to be determined.
Please fill out the sign up form by clicking on Charter Sign Up.doc below and return it to Bikes To You, 921 Broad Street, Grinnell, IA 50112. To pay by check you may send your non-refundable deposit* of 50% by May 1st, 2012.
To pay by credit card, click on the Pay Now Page and choose your services by May 1st, 2012. We will send an itinerary letter with all the specifics in June. In the mean time don't hesitate to call me at 641-236-8600 or 641-990-6080. Please remember you still need RAGBRAI XL credentials (tickets) to go on our charter. Deposit fee will be refunded if you do not get RAGBRAI credentials.
